Blimey this post has taken me forever. Having been having a terrible time with my cuticles recently, the central heating and cold weather have been causing havoc despite lashings of cuticle oils and creams. One swipe of nail polish remover between each colour left my fingers look positively dessicated so I’ve only been swatching one or two a day to try and do the minimum of damage. So about 10 days after I started swatching these, I can now bring you the post. I can only apologise for the horrible state of the fingers these polishes are on.
Bright bright bright orange. The picture does this no justice really, it’s super bright. And it’s stunning. Just a plain creme shade, perhaps a little touch of jelly going on. Love it!
Another stunner a neon pink that leans very orange. Absolutely gorgeous.
Picture doesn’t really do this much justice but a quick look around some other blogs shows that most had problems capturing the full colour of this one. It’s very fuchsia, very bright and a little more purpley that it shows here.
A very pale lilac cream, tis gorgeous actually. I don’t normally like shades like this on me, but this is lovely as it’s got enough pink in it to stop me getting lobster hands.
Pretty Barbie bubblegum pink. Nothing much to say about this other than it actually fills a void in my collection that I’ve been wanting to fill for ages. Can’t believe I didn’t have a good bubblegum pink!
Gorgeous shade of purple, lots of red in it and it has that lovely hidden shimmer. You can’t really see it but it just adds something, some depth perhaps, to the colour.
What a colour! Love this yellow, has a hint of shimmer, but it’s very subtle and whilst really bright, I found it kind of wearable actually and I never thought I’d wear yellow polish, I didn’t even buy Chanel’s infamous Mimosa!
Lovely blue, bright but dusty if that makes sense? Reminds me a lot of Essie’s Lapis of Luxury which I also love. This is super pretty.
Palest turquoise with a dusky hue to it and a touch of grey. This is my favourite of the collection. Absolutely love this colour. Wearable and doesn’t give me the lobster hands that mint greens so often do.
Gaga for Green
Very bright green with a hint of yellow. Lovely.
Bright bright bright turquoise! At first I thought it was going to be a dupe for For Audrey but it’s not, its much brighter and well, just different.
Techno is a re-release and its a beautiful glitter shown here over Gaga for Green and Aquadelic. I have reviewed it on the blog before and you can see that here, layered over black.
This is my favourite China Glaze collection in a long time. Not one colour is a dud. I love them all. There are shades there that I’m less likely to wear often such as the turquoise, green and yellow, but thats not a measure of how much I like them, it’s a measure of my confidence when it comes to nail colour.
Fantastic collection. Highly recommended.
Available from Radiant Babe for £6.75 a bottle and probably in store at your local Sallys.
