Another post about another amazing product from Dr Lewinn’s, this time the Facial Polishing Gel (£26 for 150G).

Dr. Lewinn's Facial Polishing Gel

So far this range can do no wrong for me and this product is no exception. This exfoliator is recommended for all types of skins but you need to vary the frequency with which you use it depending on your skin type, so if you have oily skin, use every other day and for drier skin types, once or twice a week.  I am a bit of both, but still, I’ve been using about three times a week and my skin loves it.

It’s lightly scented with citrus, and it contains jojoba beads to exfoliate. It feels gentle on your skin and it immediately makes a difference. As I rinse the product away my skin feels so soft. It doesn’t normally I can assure you. I don’t mean it feels tight, or squeaky clean, I mean it feels soft, smooth and clean, and it certainly has a little extra glow.

One gripe, and it’s only a tiny one, but the product is very liquidy and when I squeeze the bottle I nearly always get more out than I need as a little goes a long way, but that’s probably just me being careless. My bottle is nearly finished though so guess I’ll be ordering some more soon, along with other products since this range seems to have totally won me over. I’m thinking about investing in the whole Renunail stuff, I have reviewed it on this blog, but it was my Mum who trialled it as my nails were pretty good at the time…now however my nails are shocking.

So anyway, great product, you can get yours here should you wish to try it. It’s fab and you won’t regret it.

  1. I do love a good facial polish, theres nothing more satisfying that putting on makeup on to such a soft base. I’m with you on the annoying liquid-ness, product just literally just runs away , argh! x

I guess I’m fortunate that we stock the Dr LeWinn’s range, but I was actually using this well before then. Funnily enough, I haven’t had a problem with this product being runny, as I always give it a good shake before use.
