There’s only so much you can say about lip balms…. even so, I’ll probably waffle on far more than I intended to. I didn’t get off to a good start with Lanolips.
I found the Lanolips balms actually rather drying on me, I don’t know why, I received mine as a gift so I didn’t review it, but I still like the shade and drag it out on occasion (Rose if you’re interested!).
I’ve had more success with the Lanolips 101 Ointment. A tube of 100% pure medical grade lanolin which seems to work well for me. I’m not sure how it differs from the coloured balms but this is fine for me.
This adds a sleek sophisticated finish to my lips most days, I don’t wear colour on my lips as often as you might think, I far more often reach for this these days. But it’s not just good for your lips. Heal your wounds, compromised skin conditions, suitable for new born babies, put it on minor burns or sunburn, or your dry heels, or dry cuticles, put it on your nose when you’ve got a cold, mix it with your lipstick to make a gloss, fix a squeaky hinge…. truly the list goes on.
Perfect handbag product and I’ll be taking it with me on holiday, much as I take it everywhere… a must have.
